IMPORTANT: I acknowledge that there is NO paved area at Bynuh’s Field and everyone is required to walk on dirt and grass. In consideration for being permitted to use the premises and facilities, and to participate in the Games, I RELEASE, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Savannah Scottish Games, Inc. or Bethesda Academy, Bethesda-Union Society of Savannah, Inc., or their officers,directors, employees, and volunteers for any and all claims (including, but not limited to personal injuries and property damages) , costs, expenses arising out of my use of the premises and facilities and my participation in the Games, except those resulting from gross or willful negligence. I agree that the sale of non-Clan merchandise is prohibited. I also understand and agree that pets are not permitted at the Savannah Scottish Games and that the abuse of alcoholic beverages will not be tolerated.
